The dock can be connected to virtually any laptop, regardless of make, model or operating system type. Any USB port (3.0, USB-C or ThunderboltTM 3 or 4) is sufficient.

The dock can be installed behind the monitor (if it supports a standard VESA mount), using the i-tec VESA mount.
