IGEL OS for Business Continuity includes a Business Continuity Specialist to assist in setting up the required IGEL infrastructure and configuring the endpoint image, whether for software or UD Pocket. Depending on the use case, business unit, or location of users, different requirements may arise for the endpoint, such as authentication support, virtual desktop clients, collaboration tools, and more. The Business Continuity Specialist will work with your team to define and test the image and will participate in disaster recovery and business continuity exercises throughout the year.
