This service plan builds on the standard manufacturer warranty by adding enhanced support, repair, and replacement coverage, as well as SMART Remote Management (RM) tooling, to give schools, businesses, and organizations more comprehensive protection and peace of mind for their SMART Board hardware. It is typically sold as an add-on when purchasing a SMART Board display or shortly after to extend support beyond the basic warranty period.
