TERMS OF SALES
1. Our invoices are payable to the seller's address, net in cash, without discount, unless otherwise indicated at the time of order. Our drafts or receipts do not bring any novation or derogation from this clause.
2. Any unpaid invoice on the due date will automatically and without summons or formal notice bear interest of 18% and will be increased by a lump sum compensation equal to 20% of the amount due with a minimum of € 24.79 ( amount excluding VAT). This clause does not concern the individual.
3. The delivered goods remain the exclusive property of the seller until full payment of all debts resulting from the sales agreement for the buyer: in the event of non-payment on their due date, the goods may be taken back by the seller.
4. In case of dispute, the courts of the district of the seller will have sole jurisdiction.
5. For individuals all our products are guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects. This condition is not valid if the conditions of use recommended by the manufacturers are not respected and if the warranty seals are damaged.
6. For professionals, all our products are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects (business to business). This condition is not valid if the conditions of use recommended by the manufacturers are not respected and if the warranty seals have deteriorated.
7. The software is subject to the guarantees provided by the software publishers. If the software is sold on material media (eg CD; DVD, etc.) the individual has the right to warranty according to the legislation in force, namely the supply of another medium or the standard exchange of the medium if available and the case full refund of the latter if the license has not been activated. This condition is not valid if the conditions of use recommended by the publisher are not respected
8. The loss of computer data is not attributable to MAMS COMPUTERS®. All viruses destroyed will be billed.
9. Data backup must in all cases be carried out by the customer and not by MAMS COMPUTERS®.
10. Any goods in storage not collected within 90 days will be destroyed.
11. In the event of cancellation of an order by the customer, the deposit paid will remain the property of MAMS COMPUTERS®. In the event of cancellation of an order from MAMS COMPUTERS®, the deposit paid will be fully refunded.

13. Outside the warranty period, for all equipment sold by MAMS COMPUTERS®, an amount of € 75.00 (amount excluding VAT) is payable before any intervention.
14. For any equipment not sold by MAMS COMPUTERS®, an amount of € 75.00 (amount excluding VAT) is payable before any intervention.
15. Used equipment is guaranteed for 1 year. This condition is not valid if the conditions of use recommended by the manufacturers are not respected and if the warranty seals are damaged.
15b. For professionals, used equipment is guaranteed for 30 days if it has been installed by MAMS COMPUTERS®, otherwise no guarantee is granted. This condition is not valid if the conditions of use recommended by the manufacturers are not respected and if the warranty seals are damaged.
16. MAMS COMPUTERS® cannot be held responsible for software and / or hardware that is not developed by MAMSCOMPUTERS®. Only component manufacturers and software developers can guarantee the compatibility of their products.
17. Express shipping and / or collection costs at the customer's request are always payable by the customer, even for equipment under warranty with or without Service Pack. Ordinary shipping and / or collection costs are not payable by the customer in the event of an applicable warranty.
